Complete 10 sets of the following

Part 1:

10 Deadlifts

10 One leg step-ups right onto a box

10 One leg step-ups left onto a box

10 Squat jump (Using a bar resting on the shoulders behind the head, squat and then explode into the air coming right back into the squat position then repeat.)

10 pushups with your feet on the box

Part 2:  Complete 1 set of each

100 roundhouse kick right burn out on the bag

100 roundhouse kick left to burn out on the bag

100 Flys

50 Toe Touch with a medicine ball

50 ab twists with the medicine ball

Modified Workouts

With these exercises, there’s no excuse not to complete a set of movements. Always use modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout.
